John started his musical journey at age 8 with his first guitar lesson.  At 17 he booked his first professional gig and hasn't looked back.  The legendary Robert A. "Bumps" Blackwell signed John at 21 years old.  After moving to Branson Missouri in the mid 90's, John became known as "The Voice".  His 4 octave range, proficiency on the guitar, and rapport with people has delighted audiences world wide.  After seeing John perform on stage at the Welk Theatre in Branson, Andy Williams said..."What a voice! and what a range!" "You are a terrific entertainer!"

Olivia & Emma Burney are a dynamic sister duo with an indie folk/pop sound. The sisters started singing around the house when they were barely able to walk, with some vocal coaching from Mom, they began harmonizing well before they picked up instruments. Olivia found her first love in the ukulele after finding one at a garage sale for a dollar. After a few online tutorials, she was well on her way to being the performer and teacher she is today. Currently, Olivia writes the bulk of the tunes that the sisters perform, including their single "Constellations" and the popular "Plastic", which appeared on their debut 2017 EP.

Not to be outdone by her older sister, Emma picked up the guitar at the age of 9, and began learning songs of her own. Now, she helps Olivia with all of the arrangements and harmonies and has since expanded her instrumental arsenal to include bass, banjo, keys, and a recent revival of her love for the fiddle. Their  soul nurturing sibling harmonies and tunes are reminiscent of The Avett Brothers, Cowboy Junkies, First Aid Kit, Indigo Girls, The Staves, and The Wild Reeds, and their music can be found on Itunes, Spotify, Google Play and Amazon.

Their follow-up EP, "Where We Stand" was released in 2018 by St. Louis label Gaslight. You can find The Burney Sisters and all their upcoming events on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.

The Wee Heavies began singing together in 2013 after observing a distinct lack of a cappella Celtic music at charitable events. The all male mostly-a cappella band specializes in (but are not limited to) folk music from Scotland, Ireland and England. And maybe Wales at some point…though some of those words are awfully tricky to pronounce. They hit all of the lyrical touchstones of Celtic folk music-- namely Drinking, Women, Fighting, and the manly pursuit of Whaling.
While famous for harmonies so close you couldn't slip a shilling between them, they are also quickly becoming well-known for their hilarious unscripted banter between songs. Audiences erupt with laughter one minute and then are next moved to tears by the Heavies’ original arrangements and moving interpretation. They will have you stomping your feet, singing at the top of your lungs, and raising a glass with them at their next show. You'll think you're in a Glasgow pub wi' yer mates! Slàinte!

Stevie Warren, along with her family, created the band “Road 23” in 2006 in a small, southwestern Kansas town called Meade. Stevie, along with her brother, Levi McGee, grew up playing all types of music with their dad, Tony McGee in their garage located on road 23, which is where their band name derives from. After Stevie left for college in 2006, she returned with boyfriend, now husband, Andrew Warren, who added a whole new, incredible dynamic to Road 23. Since the band started, they have recorded three CD’s, “Shattered Day," “Refuge,” and "If I Was There" which features hit radio songs, “You’re Not Alone,” “Fear” and “In Your Hands.” Their CD, If I Was There is a compilation of all their favorite Christmas songs along with two original songs.

This talented family writes songs that will inspire you and leave you wanting more, which is why they created a new and versatile acoustic band. Stevie claims this to be the avenue she has always wanted to pursue. “I’ve always loved taking incredible songs that people recognize and turning them into a raw, elegant version of who we are as a band.” She also says their acoustic band captures each individual as a musician as well as captivates listeners of all ages and generations. “My heart is absolutely thrilled when you see the faces of people light up when they recognize one of their favorite songs, but hear it in a whole new light. This acoustic band is unproduced and simple but shows off our individual tastes and talents as musicians.”

Coming SoonERIN BODE
Saturday, March 14, 2020 7pm

A Minnesota native, Bode was first introduced to music by her father, a Lutheran minister, who emphasized music in daily life and encouraged her to join the church choir.  She studied music as well as foreign languages at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities and graduated from Webster University in St. Louis.  It is at Webster where Erin studied vocal jazz with Christine Hitt who helped to launch her career as a vocalist.

Shortly after graduating college in 2001, Bode produced her first record, Requests.  The album was successful in gaining Bode local attention and secured her a recording contract with St. Louis jazz label Maxjazz.  Bode has also gained exposure through appearances on various programs including CBS’s Second Cup Café, Fox News’ Fox and Friends, and Garrison Keillor’s A Prairie Home Companion.

To date, Bode and her band have released eight albums and toured the United States, as well overseas to Italy, Japan, and South Africa.  The Erin Bode Group creates music forged from the Americana of its members’ Midwestern roots, infused with jazz grooves and made magic by Bode’s bell-like voice. Sophisticated arrangements and attention to phrasing, both vocal and instrumental, further distinguish the band’s fresh sound.

In the decade-plus since Erin Bode began her professional recording career, she has garnered much critical praise for her pure voice, perfect pitch, and impressive phrasing and style.  It is this talent, coupled with her reluctance to accept classification as a purely jazz vocalist that has led to reviews hailing her as “someone you won’t forget” and comparing her sound to the likes of Eva Cassidy, Norah Jones, and Karrin Allyson.

doing in Las Vegas.
